Step 1: Schedule Your Discovery Consultation — This session is an opportunity to explore your vision, dive into your ideas, and discuss our travel planning approach, the style of services we arrange, and the advisory fee structure.
Step 2: Submit Your Planning Inquiry — Please submit your inquiry details at least 24 hours prior to our scheduled conversation. This context provides the essential baseline insights needed to ensure our session is best tailored to your vision.

When a request is mutually deemed a great fit, we transition into the official launch of your custom design step. Moving from the consultation to the planning phase requires two key elements:
Securing the Partnership — Receipt of the professional advisory fee formally initiates our services and commits our dedicated focus and resources to your upcoming itinerary.
Building Your Traveler Profiles — Complete a traveler profile with your details and preferences.

We personally craft your itinerary layout, leveraging our direct relationships and firsthand expertise to construct a custom proposal tailored to your rhythm. Your proposal may be approved as presented or refined up to two times to support a flexible and streamlined experience.
04 / Coordination & Journey

Once your proposed itinerary is confirmed, we manage your primary reservations and logistics while providing support, including travel insurance guidance, international entry requirement resources, and packing advice. Prior to departure, finalized travel details will be shared, along with in-destination contact information for easy reference on the ground. For most comprehensive international itineraries, 24/7 emergency support is also available through our local on-the-ground partners. You can travel with confidence knowing your itinerary has been thoughtfully arranged.
